Our History
VisionBuilders Architectural Services (VBAS) was established in 2020 by an ex-OFW couple with the help of family members, friends & fellow OFWs. After the pandemic hit and affected employment in the Middle East, with jobs being very scarce all around the Middle East including salary cuts, the OFW couple decided to return to the Philippines with the whole family for good and start a Design and Build Services with the vision to share the extensive experience and knowledge they acquired abroad.

We are a diverse team of well-experienced professionals in the Design and Construction of different types of buildings, facilities, and infrastructure acquired locally & abroad from Commercial, Residential, and Industrial to Oil & Gas-related platforms and structures.

Health, Safety, and Environment Policy
VBAS is committed to the health, safety, and well-being of all stakeholders, clients, businesses, equipment, properties, and life, as well as to protecting the environment from any hazard. Whether you work directly for VBAS or subcontract to us, your safety is our top priority.
Health and safety in our organization start from the top down and we encourage open communication between all members of the stakeholders when it comes to their safety. Safety in the workplace starts from the top down and management is fully committed to continually improving our systems and processes. If any member of VBAS feels at any point that they are unsafe in the workplace, an open line of communication has been set up.
We at VBAS commit to maintaining a clean and hazard-free workplace and to always look out for new hazards in the workplace. All members of staff and management are required to report any new hazards immediately. New hazards will be analyzed and the appropriate action will be taken management-wide.
VBAS health and safety procedures are audited twice a year at a minimum but should be continuously updated if new hazards are discovered in processes.
Quality Assurance and Quality Control Policy
VBAS is committed and guarantees that the highest standards and quality are maintained within the organization. All policies and procedures must adhere to the highest level and shall be followed in all VBAS offices and Project sites.
All quality forms and system procedures are properly checked, prepared, and are available on the VBAS server. Quality Control to all the documents, drawings, procurement, and inspection sheets are properly monitored to the highest standard.
QA/QC procedures and standards are regularly updated to adapt to the new trends happening in and around the business environment.
